What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship with different service providers – DHL, DPD, Hermes and UPS standard, so that you will receive your purchase within 2-3 days in Germany and within 3-4 days in EU. If you need your order sooner and are willing to pay express charges, please contact us via service@urstil.com

Shipping to USA or Kanada takes about 2 weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do, however we don’t cover the customs and additional taxes your country might impose on imports. Please contact your customs authority for information on this charges.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we going to provide you with the tracking information of service provider, so you will be able to follow the status of your shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?

Within 14 days you have the right to return your purchase. You are responsible to organize the shipment and pay for it (unless it is agreed in different way with us). Please inform us about your intention via email to service@urstil.com prior to organize the shipment and pack by your return sheet.
